Troubleshooting
Software Reset (Use this 90% of the time)
While powered ON, press and hold the PLAY button until the LEDs turn off
Use Software Reset for all Bluetooth and software related problems.
Hardware Reset
Use a paperclip to press the reset button inside the I/O cover
Use Hardware Reset if Bullfrog is not turning on, or is locked up
Software Updates
ALL Bullfrogs can be updated via USB
When an update is available, Kicker Connect will notify the user
