HARD DRIVE NOT INCLUDED Hard drives are constantly getting cheaper. To save you money - we decided to leave it out of the package. You can not use the cloud box unless you get a hard drive. We recommend 1 or 2 terabyte (2 Terabyte max) - 3.5” SATA Hard Drive (Standard Computer Size - WD and Seagate are Good Brands).
COMPATIBILITY
This cloud box is compatible with Serenelife Brand (IPCAMHD**) and 3rd Party Cameras that work with mipcm.com - It will not work with standard IP Cameras that are not using MIPCM software.

The cloud box will not connect with cameras outside your home network. For example - if you set up the cloud box at home - then try to connect a camera from your office - it will not work. (You would need a separate cloud box also installed at the office)
