The Metra 40-EU55 2002-Up Volkswagen/BMW/Euro Antenna Adapter adapts an aftermarket radio to factory antenna connection. This antenna adapater features a European antenna adapter single connector (FAKRA). A blue wire is attached to the antenna adapter. When installing the adapter, the blue wire should be connected to the antenna turn-on lead of your new car stereo. For dual connector applications use the Metra 40-EU56 instead.
